In the middle ages, when the surrounding district was the site of an important monastery, a small house stood in place of the present day Rebstock. The vine growers belonging to the monastery used to live there.»

The three different restaurants all serve typical «Rebstock» culinary creations, but each has its own particular atmosphere. In good weather, the inviting Boulevard Terrace and small romantic garden allow guests to enjoy the great outdoors.
Hundreds of years ago, choral singers used to dine in the «Hofstube». Nowadays it is a meeting place for locals and tourists. The «Hofstube» features elegant gourmet dining and exquisite wines, to be enjoyed in the company of good friends.
The «Wirtshuus» is the habitual haunt of numerous local celebreties, colourful and original characters from Luzern, many artists and people who like to socialise.
The «Hofegge», half a floor higher up, is a cosy spot where two can dine and chat quietly, with a view over the lake and Pilatus mountain.
